چکیده

Background: Endometrioma is a complex gynecological disease with increasing global prevalence. Laparoscopic cystectomy remains to be the primary choice of modality. Several studies, however, have revealed that laparoscopic in endometriomas can cause ovarian damage and reduction reserve. In contrast, there was no delta (-1.63 4.12; p=0.685) (-1.74 2.37 ng/mL; p=0.685)Conclusion: Both but they did not show difference.
